An Ironman
for your brain.

Five non-negotiable tasks. Seventy-five consecutive days. Miss one — by a page, by an ounce, by four minutes — and you start over at Day 1. This is the free companion tracker for people actually doing it.

If you start today, day one closes in
--h--m--s

A day closes at midnight in your timezone — complete or missed. There is no grace period. That absence is the product.

01The terms

Five rules.
All of them, every day.

The rules are not ours — they are the program’s. The app’s only job is to hold you to them without flinching, and to be specific about what each one costs.

01Two 45-minute workoutsOutdoor constraint spans bothEvery day. One of them must be outdoors — rain, heat, or snow.2 × 45 min · one outdoors

Miss any task and the program restarts at Day 1. No grace period. No exceptions. That’s the point.

02The reset

Miss one thing.
Go back to one.

Not back a step. Not back a week. Back to Day 1, with every banked day gone. It is the cruelest rule in the program and the only reason finishing means anything. Watch what it costs.

Day 1 (again) is the most common day in the program
74 days bankedOne missed taskDay 01
03The board

Seventy-five squares.
No way to fake one.

One square a day, and the board keeps every run you have ever started — including the ones that ended. It asks the same thing on Day 74 as it did on Day 2, which is the part nobody is ready for.

A day that closes honestly

Midnight in your timezone, complete or missed. Nothing back-dates itself and nothing forgives you at 12:04.

Water by the ounce

Stored in ounces, shown in whatever you drink from — cup, bottle, jug. A gallon is 128, and the app never rounds in your favor.

A reading log that counts pages

Ten pages, non-fiction, paper. Log the book and the page you stopped on.

Progress photos that stay yours

Private bucket, expiring links, your account only. No public gallery, no feed, no sharing you did not ask for.

A planner that reads the weather

It finds the best outdoor window in your day, because one of the two workouts has to happen outside no matter what the sky is doing.

A restart you can survive

The board keeps your failed runs visible. Day 1 again is not erased — it is the most honest number on the page.

04The house

Tracking is the easy half.

What does not exist anywhere is a room for the people doing this at the same time as you. That half gets built in the open, with the people in it. Here is what is on the bench — stated as unfinished, because it is.

Start-day cohorts

In the works

Begin with a wave of people on the same Day 1. Nobody should quit alone at 11pm.

Accountability partners

In the works

Pair with one person. You see each other’s board. No hiding a missed day.

The wall

In the works

Finishers and restarters both. The Day 1 (again) stories are the useful ones.

Open invite. Feature ideas, testing, design opinions, code, or just telling us what sucks — all of it is welcome and none of it costs anything. Sign up and say hello, or find the launch thread on r/75HARD.

Nothing starts until you say so
